Welcome back to My blog. In this post I want to talk about healthy lifestyle.
How to apply a healthy lifestyle?
A healthy lifestyle starts from healthy food intake and activities that encourage the health of our body. Everyone will want to be healthy, but it is their turn to be asked to live a healthy healthy lifestyle, not all of them want to live it. Usually, reluctance arises because of the assumption that a healthy lifestyle is difficult to live with, and not pleasant. 

You know, 
Only 30% of 100% of people apply a healthy lifestyle in Indonesia. The rest are people who do not adopt a healthy lifestyle.

WOOOWW!!!
Unimaginable, right? It turns out that the number of people who adopt a healthy lifestyle is still very low in Indonesia.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the capacity of people in Indonesia has poor health higher than the capacity of healthy people. This is what triggers the high risk of death of the population in Indonesia.
There are many healthy ways of life that are easy to do and follow by anyone. The key is the intention and willingness to commit to doing it. So that you avoid disease attacks and reduce the high risk of death in Indonesia.
Here is a healthy lifestyle that you can do according to the activities that I do in my daily life to adopt a healthy lifestyle:


1. A reasonable amount of sleep 6-8 hours a day.

2. Drink mineral water minimum 2,1 to 2,6 liters per days, equivalent to 8-10 glasses.

3. Sport

4. Toothbrushes 3 times a day

6. Keeping the environment clean.
